Kruger National Park

Kruger National Park is the largest game reserve in South Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's home to more than 1,500 species of birds, 147 species of mammals, and over 300 species of trees. The park covers 7,000 square miles (18,100 square kilometers) with 12 different ecozones--from grasslands to wetlands to savanna woodlands--and some parts have been designated as national monuments by the South African government.

Kruger National Park was founded in 1898 by President Paul Kruger after he purchased land from local chiefs who had previously controlled it; today it's managed by SANParks (South African National Parks).

Johannesburg and Soweto

Johannesburg and Soweto are two of the most important cities in South Africa. They have a long history, rich culture and beautiful natural surroundings.

Johannesburg was founded in 1886 as a gold mining town by Cecil John Rhodes, who named it after his friend Jan Hendrik Hofmeyr--the president of Transvaal Republic at that time. It soon became one of the largest cities on earth with a population of over 3 million people by 1920s!

Today Johannesburg is still famous for its gold mines but also has many other things to offer tourists: museums like Gold Reef City Theme Park & Amusement Centre; historical places like Johannesburg Art Gallery; entertainment venues like Ellis Park Stadium where rugby matches are held regularly; lively nightlife spots like Melrose Arch Hotel & Spa (formerly Melville House) where celebrities go when they visit South Africa.

Prince Albert National Park

Prince Albert National Park is a game reserve in the far north of South Africa. It is named for Prince Albert, the husband of Queen Victoria. The park is known for its large population of white rhino and other wildlife, including lions, elephants and hippos.

It was established as an area where indigenous people could continue their traditional way of life by hunting game and gathering plants without interference from Europeans who had settled nearby. In 1895 it was gazetted as a national park under government control with only limited access allowed for visitors or commercial use (hunting). Today Prince Albert is one of only two parks that allow visitors to drive vehicles through them - this allows you to get up close and personal with your surroundings!

The park is a great place to spot wildlife, and you can also enjoy some incredible views as well. At one point in history it was considered the most dangerous game reserve in Africa because of the high numbers of poachers who were operating there. The park has since been restored after many years of neglect and now offers visitors a safe and enjoyable experience.

Conclusion
